CRM & Sales Systems

Sales systems that follow how revenue is actually won — stages, judgement, and follow-through included.

    Hand over

Relationship-led deals with an approval in the middle of negotiation. Packaged CRMs call that 'other'. We treat it as the process.

The process is forced around the tool.

The system is built around the work.

01

The business problem

A CRM that does not match the sales process is being used as a report, not as the place work happens. The real pipeline lives in inboxes and conversations; the system is updated afterwards, if at all.

Leadership then asks for a forecast. Someone translates the real pipeline into the stages the tool expects. The numbers look complete. They are a reconstruction. Nobody can see the next action from the record, because the record is not where the work happens.

02

Why generic tools fail

Packaged CRMs come with someone else's stages. They have no place for deviation. Complex deals, relationship-led selling, and multi-party approval do not fit a linear funnel, so the team works around it and leadership loses the picture.

Training does not fix a shape that is wrong. More fields do not fix it either. If an internal check sits in the middle of a negotiation, and the CRM has no place for that wait, people will keep that wait in a chat — and the forecast will stay a conversation.

03

How the system should work

The system should be the process. What a salesperson does next should be obvious from the record. Handovers should not depend on a meeting. Forecasts should come from the work, not from a separate ritual.

When a deal is won, delivery already knows what was promised. Finance already sees what was agreed. The pipeline is readable without translation because it is the same story the team is living.

04

What Alphtec builds

We build sales systems around the way the company sells: qualification, negotiation, internal checks, and what happens after the deal is won. The CRM becomes the place work happens, not the place work is reconstructed.

Stages follow real deal shapes. Activity is useful to the person doing the work, not only to a report. Handover into delivery and finance is part of the same path, not an email sent later.

Who this is for

Teams that sell in a way a linear funnel cannot describe: relationship-led deals, internal checks in the middle of negotiation, more than one buyer, a handover that currently needs a meeting.

What you get

  • Stages that match how a deal actually moves, including the waits
  • A record that tells the salesperson what to do next
  • Handover into delivery and finance as part of the same path
  • A forecast that comes from the work, not from a weekly reconstruction

What this is not

  • Another packaged CRM with more training
  • A reporting layer on top of a pipeline nobody uses
  • Activity tracking that exists only to satisfy a dashboard

How it shows up in the work

  • Deals that skip stages, pick up a second buyer late, or wait on legal and finance in the middle of 'negotiation'.
  • A forecast that requires a conversation to interpret, because the CRM stages are not the real ones.
  • A won deal that delivery still has to be told about separately.
  • 01Pipelines that match real deal shapes
  • 02Handover between sales, delivery, and finance
  • 03Activity that is useful to the person doing the work
  • 04Reporting that does not require a second process
