Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026.

This policy covers the public website at alphtec.com. Alphtec is a business systems organisation. We collect information you choose to send, and a small amount of technical data needed to run and understand the site.

What we collect

On Let's Talk we ask for your name, work email, company, and a description of what isn't working. Sending the form is optional. We do not ask for a password or payment details on this site.

If you arrive from a campaign or a referring page, the browser may keep source, medium, campaign, content, term, a click identifier, the landing page, and the referrer. When you enquire, those values are attached to the submission so we can see which conversations began where. They stay on your device until you clear site data.

Pages and buttons may record events such as a page view or an enquiry started. Those events do not include the text of your message. Notes and other public pages do not add extra personal fields.

How we use it

To reply to you, to decide whether we can help, and to see how the site is used. We do not sell this information. We do not use it to build a marketing list you did not ask to join.

Who processes it

Form submissions go through Web3Forms, then to us at hello@alphtec.com. When Google Tag Manager is configured on this site, Google may process analytics on our behalf. Their processing is governed by their own terms. We do not load that analytics stack unless it is configured.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept long enough to reply and to run the studio. Browser storage for the splash screen lasts for the tab session. Attribution and a dismissed cookie notice last until you clear them. You can remove local data in your browser at any time.
