This website is provided by Alphtec to describe our work, publish notes, and receive enquiries. Using the site means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

The site

Pages on What we build, How we work, About, Notes, and the rest of the public site are for information. They are not a proposal, a quote, professional advice for your situation, or a commitment to take on work. Client names and marks on the site belong to those organisations. Any engagement is agreed separately, in writing.

Notes

Notes are our writing about systems and the work. They are not instructions for a specific business. Do not treat a note as a specification or a promise of outcome.

Enquiries

Submitting Let's Talk does not create a contract. We may decline work that is not a fit. Use the form for a genuine enquiry. Do not use it to send bulk, automated, or misleading messages.

Your use

You may browse, share links, and print pages for your own reading. You may not copy the site as a product, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or present our writing as yours. The site, including layout, copy, and our marks, is ours unless a page says otherwise.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of public pages or notes, or for interruptions, errors, or third-party services the site relies on to send a form or measure visits.
